The next night



The next night, I had a dream in which I was looking at a long to-do list.  There were different categories of items: some general household chores, some self-care, some business-related.  Whenever I finished a task that was particularly beneficial to my well-being, such as meditation, yoga, writing, etc., I got to check off a box next to it that said “Freed!”.   I am now making my daily to-do lists with this feature, and it has been so helpful in prioritizing my time & energy.
